Dr. Madigan graduated in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1996. Dr. Madigan is a member of the American Optometric Association, New York State Optometric Association,and is the staff optometrist at Northern Dutchess Hospital. He is also a certified low vision specialist experienced in helping people optimize their usable vision.

Dr. Gibbons graduated in 1991 with a B.A. from the College of Holy Cross. She received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the New England College of Optometry in 1996.  She is a member of the New York State Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
