The National Eye Institute has declared May to be Healthy Vision Month. If you haven't had an eye exam in the last 12 month, then you should schedule an appointment today. Good vision begins with healthy eyes.

The American Optometric Association (AOA) warns that prolonged exposure to the sun's UV rays and short wavelength light (violet and blue light) without proper protection may cause eye conditions that can lead to a variety of vision disorders.
